It all happens between 4 and 6 pm. \nPLUS don’t forget to grab some dinner from our diverse selection of eateries before heading home to stroll your neighborhood. \nInstagram Photo Contest:\n1. Post a photo taken at our event of your costume on Instagram by midnight on October 31st.\n2. Tag @belmontshorelb to enter\n3. You must be following @belmontshorelb\n4. Photos will be shared to our stories where the public will vote. \nTrick-or-treating at each storefront will last for as long as each business is able to participate.
