DESCRIPTION:In this 90 minute IN-PERSON training\, you’ll discover the most effective strategies to minimize the daily stresses of parenting your preschooler so you can feel empowered\, confident\, calm but mostly connected!\n\nYou will be supported with your individual preschool parenting struggles. You will also learn how to nurture both your well-being and the emotional growth of your child by creating a peaceful\, fulfilling and connected parent-child bond and environment.\n\nConscious Parenting is a method coined by Dr. Shefali Tsabary\, where we look into the struggles of parenting with a different lens\, a paradigm shift that gets to the root cause of the struggles. It calls for authentic connections with our children\, eliminating the power struggles\, the suffering and the worry\, in effect creating a calm\, peaceful\, more joyous and healthier environment for all involved.\n\nA group led by Dinuka Ranasinghe\, a Long Beach Moms member since 2019\, a local business owner who graduated from the Conscious Coaching Institute of Dr. Shefali Tsabary and received Conscious Parenting Method Certification.\n\nThere will also be beverages\, light snacks and curious parents seeking parenting options. Kiddos aged 3 – 6 are welcome as we have onsite childcare available for a fee.
