YogaSix + Long Beach Moms for Long Beach Gives campaign!

YogaSix is proud to announce the go-giver spirit with Long Beach Moms for the Long Beach Gives campaign!  We are proud to support the work and connecctions that this incredibly resoured non-profit has to offer to our local community!

At YogaSix we believe that everyone deserves the mind-body experience of yoga. We believe we can all grow, and become better together. We offer 6 different class types from hot and powerful to slow and mindful. Our teachers have been trained in the YogaSix methodology to provide a consistent but creative experience for each class type every time.

On Saturday 9/16 at 1:30 pm we will be offering a donation-based class just for Long Beach Moms. The class will be a fusion of our Slow Flow and Restore styles. You will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement, and breath. 

All attendees will be entered to win a month of free classes. Suggested donation $30, all proceeds will go to Long Beach Moms.
