Contemporary Behavior Consultants (CBC)

Contemporary Behavior Consultants (CBC) is a small, family-owned ABA agency focused on providing high quality interventions to the children we serve. We provide in-home and in-school services to children ages 3-21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental delays, or other conduct/behavior concerns. At CBC we are dedicated to ensuring that everyone we work with makes meaningful progress. This progress is made by working collaboratively with students’ parents, teachers, and other school personnel and by providing quality ABA intervention by highly trained staff.

We provide a variety of services, depending on the needs of our learners. The 3 main types of services are:

Intensive ABA services

In-home or In-school intensive aba therapy (15-30 hours per week) for children with autism by a qualified behavior interventionist and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our therapists make learning natural and engaging for the children they work with. 

Focused Intervention Services

Low intensity aba therapy (2-15 hours per week), usually focused on specific areas of need such as social skills, executive functioning skills, or learning to control frustration. Our agency specializes in working with children that are older (ages 7-18) and need to work on these skills to improve their quality of life.

Parent Training

Individualized parent training services focused on helping parents learn to better support their children in their daily lives through understanding of ABA principles. Parenting takes a village; let us be your village. Parent training can be short term, long-term, and for parents experiencing behavioral difficulties with their children regardless of diagnosis.

We are currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, Aetna, and MHN; please inquire about whether we can work with other insurances. We also accept private pay rates.
