Basic Breath & Deep Sound Meditation Experience

This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s a moment to remember yourself.
As mothers, we carry so much. We move through our days juggling roles, meeting needs, and often putting our own well-being last. This 60-minute experience is an invitation to pause… and return.
We’ll begin with gentle pranayama (life force energy breathwork) and voice toning to help release tension and reconnect with your center. Then, we’ll drop into a deeply immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, wave drums, chimes, and guided meditation.
This class is designed to:
•Quiet the mental noise and soothe the nervous system
•Create space for clarity, insight, and emotional release
•Offer a reset—a way to reconnect with who you are beneath the roles, the stories, and the stress
Please bring a yoga mat and an enclosed water bottle.
