Roxanne’s Celebrates 15 Years with “Skate Is Love: Summer Jam 2025” — A Free All-Ages Block Party in Long Beach

In honor of 15 years in California Heights, Roxanne’s is throwing a full-day celebration that brings together skaters, families, artists, and neighbors for one big day of fun. Skate Is Love: Summer Jam 2025 is a free, all-ages community event happening Saturday, July 19 from 10AM to 10PM, packed with live music, creative workshops, and a pop-up skatepark right in the heart of Long Beach.

This isn’t just another summer event — it’s a tribute to the community that helped shape Roxanne’s. The day starts with kids’ skate lessons (ages 2+) from 10AM to 2PM, then rolls into open skate sessions, games, music, art, and more.

Highlights include:
– Skateboarding lessons and open skate area (all levels)
– Custom T-shirt printing, painting stations, and film/photography workshops
– Live music and DJ sets featuring DJ Nuge and guest bands
– Pool tournament (18+) with prizes
– Raffle giveaways from local brands and partners
