Residents are asked to:

• Remove decorations
• Take the tree out of the stand
• Cut tree in half if they are over 12 feet tall
• Leave trees unwrapped

*Residents are strongly encouraged to bring used trees to the drop-off locations. However, there will be a special collection on Saturday, January 10, 2026 for residents with City refuse, recycling and organics collection service. Trees must be at regular refuse collection spots by 7 a.m.
