Fresh off the yacht is an homage to our coastal and island roots—a globally inspired fine dining popup, catering & events company that transports you with magical flavors, stunning creations, and cultural influence.
Guided by Chef Melissa Ramsay the menu draws on inspiration from our favorite beach towns, tropical islands and traveled countries to produce an experience with innovative and unexpected dishes.
Our catering company has no limits when it comes to one’s pallet. We take your vision and our creative talents to make your event memorable.
We use fresh ingredients, local roots and have menus that fit everyone’s budget.
We cater corporate events, weddings, baby showers, tea parties, plated dinner parties and so much more. We can accommodate a guest list of 2-400.
