Locali Seasoned LLC Cooking Class + Food Experiences

My previous background is in the corporate fashion industry and like so many, the pandemic brought a lot of new challenges and stress that led me down a path in search of a fulfilling career where I could better prioritize my family and focus on my mental health. I took the aspects of my job that I have always loved, collaboration and storytelling and combined them with my love of community and bringing people together.

From that, came Locali Seasoned and I utilize food as a common ground to bring people together. I love discovering new ways to highlight other businesses in the community as Long Beach is such a special place full of passionate, creative and diverse people.

Each experience is unique and curated around the specific Chef and cuisine we are making. Most classes are split with the first half being focused on the cooking portion where the Chef has the opportunity to share their expertise as well as their own personal background story. The second half is centered around the dinner party where everyone comes together to enjoy their meal at one communal table. I feel like this aspect is important to fully round out the experience and offer time for guests to truly enjoy their meal and further connect with one another on a more personal level.
