Join us for The Motherhood Connection, our PM edition, a gathering for community, connection and conversation.
A group led by Robin Giesen MFT PMH-C certified in perinatal mental health and with over 20 years helping mothers navigate the ups and downs of this major life transition. Join Dr. Stacie Groat, PT, DPT, OCS, owner of Sunshine Physical Therapy and Wellness, and Robin as they will discuss intimacy after having a baby and the ‘down there’ conversation.
Dr. Stacie Groat is a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health and orthopedics. Her mission is to help individuals recover from childbirth, urinary leakage, pain, prolapse, and diastasis rectus abdominus to regain confidence in their bodies so that they can participate in the activities that bring them joy. Stacie blends orthopedics and pelvic health to assess the whole body to find “the why” behind your symptoms.
If this is your first time at The Motherhood Connection and you are wondering what to expect; this is a open group discussion not a workshop.
There will also be beverages, snacks, amazing women, optional bear hugs and belly laughs.
