Hi! We’re ABA LA, and we’re changing the way we do things! With over a decade of experience in the ABA field, we saw a severe gap: BCBA’s are poorly trained, there are blatant inefficiencies with chains of command, and families are neglected due to high staff turnover and lack of compassionate care.
We want to provide a simple solution! ABA LA employs graduate and/or masters level clinicians that are interested in or are already pursuing their BCBA certification. This means you can confidently receive services that are efficient, consistent, and impactful. Additionally, ABA LA provides frequent BCBA supervision, meaning you will see us often. It is so important to us that you feel close and supported by your BCBA. ABA LA utilizes a naturalistic, play based, child-led approach. We want you and your child to enjoy therapy!

“It is important to open up conversations about sex and pleasure. Sex is a huge part of our lives and we haven’t been taught to discuss it. I often found that the sexual concerns I had experienced were not unique to me, but quite common. Concerns like not being able to orgasm, pelvic floor dysfunction, body-image issues, and irritating products. I look forward to continuing this conversation! ” – Tiffany
At MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach, we’re dedicated exclusively to the quality and compassionate care of kids and expectant moms. Only five percent of all hospitals are children’s hospitals, making them unique not only to children’s health care needs in the community, but across the region.
We’re one of only eight free-standing children’s hospitals in California.
We’re a not-for-profit, pediatric teaching hospital that treats more than 8,000 children each year and has become a regional pediatric destination for more than 60,000 children, who need specialized care in our Outpatient Specialty Centers each year. We deliver more than 5,500 babies each year and receive nearly 100 transported high-risk moms. More than 750 pediatric specialists and sub-specialists, as well as nearly 100 OB/GYNs, including 10 high-risk pregnancy specialists (maternal-fetal specialists), and support partners like child life specialists, ensure that the highest quality, compassionate care is given to each patient and their family.

Jenna Samuels of Reframe Counseling
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and have extensive training in working with parents of neurodivergent children, as well as adults diagnosed with ADHD later in life. I offer virtual (telehealth) individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling sessions.
One approach I use with my couples is The Gottman Method of Couples Counseling, an evidence-based approach to therapy that emphasizes the importance of building a strong friendship and emotional connection in relationships. This method is based on The Sound Relationship House theory, which breaks down the relationship into levels and pillars. The bottom levels of the house represent building and maintaining a strong friendship with your partner whereas the top levels of the house focus on conflict management, creating shared meaning, and supporting each other’s dreams.
The pillars holding up the house are trust and commitment, which are necessary to maintain a strong relationship. By working on different aspects of the Sound Relationship House, couples can strengthen their bond, enhance their communication, and create a fulfilling and lasting relationship.
