Our Newborn Care Specialists often begin working with families the day they return home, offering hands-on newborn care, guidance on feeding, routine building, and establishing healthy sleep habits. Our birth doulas provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth.

We also offer placenta encapsulation services for families who choose a natural approach to postpartum recovery, and car seat safety checks with a certified technician to ensure your baby’s first ride home—and every ride after—is safe and secure.

Hi, I’m Ethel Pio, founder of Baby Rhythms. As a Newborn Care Specialist, Postpartum Doula, Certified Sleep Consultant, and agency owner, I love helping parents grow in confidence as they navigate early parenthood. My background in Early Childhood Education and Business Administration, combined with years of experience supporting families across the Greater Los Angeles area, nationwide, and internationally, allows me to offer thoughtful, evidence-based care that aligns with each family’s unique needs.
