Kelsea Mazzocco is a Kundalini Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Spinal Energetics practitioner, Transpersonal Mind/Body/Energy Therapist, life-force energy facilitator, and Holographic Sound Healer.  With over 27 years in the creative healing arts, she weaves together ancient wisdom and modern somatics to help others access their infinite potential.

In 2017, Kelsea founded Go Inward -a community sanctuary dedicated to healing, self-care, energy movement, and holistic education-born from her own transformative journey through trauma and a profound struggle with infertility. While the physical sanctuary closed during the pandemic, her mission lives on through Kundalini with Kelsea, where she continues to guide others in reconnecting with their truest selves. Kelsea’s work centers on the vital role of energetic hygiene-how our internal vibration shapes our reality and affects those around us. Her sessions integrate breathwork, sound healing, Kundalini Yoga, Spinal Energetics, and deep somatic attunement to support nervous system regulation, shift perception, and open access to inner wisdom.
